Upon receipt of your order you will receive electronic communication to confirm that your order has been received. You will also receive confirmation once your item/s have been shipped. In order to keep you completely up to date on the status of your delivery we may also pass on your email address to carriers to provide electronic tracking information.

Due to the massive variety of products we have on offer which vary enormously in terms of both size and weight from cue tips to full size snooker tables, we use a number of delivery methods.

Carriers Policies
Items by Royal Mail which require a signature or are too large to fit through a letterbox will be returned to your local delivery office and will await collection by you normally within 7 days. After that time, they will be returned to us and will incur additional postage costs for us to resend.
Generally with other carriers there will be two delivery attempts and you will be carded on each occasion (this does not apply to items sent direct by manufacturer, by distributors or items delivered direct by Jonny8ball) It is your responsibility to ensure that you will be available to accept delivery of your order once made. Once carded you will be advised, when the item will be redelivered, where the item can be collected from or if the item has been returned to us, any item returned to us will incur additional return and re-postage costs.
Packing Materials / Environment Policy
Here at Jonny8ball we guarantee to pack your item to prevent it from damage in normal circumstances, wherever we can we will endeavour to use recyclable materials or materials we have ourselves recycled or products made from recycled materials when packing your product.
Transit Times
Most items in stock will be despatched immediately upon receipt of your payment and usually delivered within 48 hours. Items out of stocn generally take up to 7 days for us to obtain and despatch. For larger items such as pool & snooker tables you should allow up to 21 days from ordering, or more information please call us on 01706 657001. All carriers offer different times and this also will depend on your location and whether your item, is in stock. As indicated above you will be notified once your order has been made and when you order has been despatched. For none stock items, or items sent direct by manufacturer or distributor we will notify you of confirmation of your order and then contact you to advise on either approximate or an exact delivery date. We may also pass on your details to both the manufacturer or distributor and carrier in order for them to arrange a convenient delivery time and date.
Returns Policy
We are happy to accept returns on all of our products for either refund, replacement or a credit note. This is subject to them being returned to us (at your expense) unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights
Items Damaged in Transit
Upon receipt of your item, please inspect the packaging for any signs of damage such as dents, tears, flattened corners etc. If any damage is noticed or if the item is unchecked then you must sign for as damaged. If this not the case then we regret that we are unable to claim compensation from the carrier.
Overseas Items / Customs
Overseas items outside of the UK will be shipped generally by either DHL or Parcelforce. The recipient may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package arrives in the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Jonny8ball has no control over these charges nor can we cannot predict what they may be. To be advised of any import charges you should contact your local customs office for further information. Please also note that when ordering from Jonny8ball, the recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received. We should also advise that cross border deliveries are subject to being opened and inspected by customs authorities.
